Expleo are seeking a passionate driven individual who possesses programme management skills to join our team who design/build and commission Special to Type Test Equipment. Responsibilities

Working with the bid team to prepare the costing information and commercial aspects of client proposal
Engaging with the business to secure the resources needed to deliver your programme for the client
Ensuring that project deliverables are planned within agreed cost, timescale and resource budgets.
Preparing project metrics with different slants for upwards reporting to management and client reporting
Conducting regular project drumbeat meetings ensuring good communication within the internal project team and with the client.
Managing scope changes, communicating the impacts, and securing approval when needed through the contract variation process.
Conducting gate reviews such Kick-off, PDR and CDR
Leading knowledge transfers and project post-mortem for lessons learned and improving best practicesQualifications

Essential:

Minimum of NVQ Level 4 qualification in relevant subject or degree.Desirable:

If qualification is in an engineering related subject or candidate has engineering experience.
Project management structured knowledge/qualification desirable such as PMBOK/PMP, PMQ or PRINCE2Essential Skills

Computer literate, Microsoft Windows, Office with particular emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI
Great communication skills, both internal and customer facingExperience

Teamwork and emotional intelligence
Demonstrable track record of delivering full lifecycle projects.
Has worked in Electrical/Electronic/Electromechanical role.What do you need to apply
