For sale is my very original and unmolested Defender 90 pick up with the much sought after 300 Tdi engine. Original vehicles like this are becoming rarer and harder to find! It’s a real head turner and I’ve well looked after it in my ownership. MOT’d until Jan 2024. The vehicle is currently sitting on 141500 miles which is nothing for the fantastic and reliable 300 Tdi engine which is often thought of as the best Defender engine. The engine always starts first time and everything mechanical works as it should including diff locks and hi/lo box. In my time owning the Defender I’ve never had it off-road. I have owned the vehicle for 4 years now and in that time I have spared no expense in carrying out maintenance where required including;
- New tyres all round
- New battery
- New clutch and clutch fork
- New clutch slave cylinder
- New timing belt
- New alternator
- New fan belt
- Plus much more. Extensive paperwork available from during my ownership. £1000’s spent during ownership.
I do fully acknowledge that some parts of the body work and doors are not in perfect condition however I think it’s adds to the character of the Defender. As with every Defender this one has the usual oil leaks. This has all been reflected in the price.
The vehicle has completed less than 100 miles since I last changed the oil and filters (genuine Land Rover) and is ready to go.
