Job DescriptionJob Summary As a Product Manager within the Product team, this role may have ownership and responsibility for products that help the organization serve millions of customers worldwide or for foundational research to help inform and refine the user experience for new features and product enhancements with MoneyGram digital platforms.

- IT, product managers, and/or user experience teams
- to execute against the roadmap, manage agile development teams and be the bridge between the technical and business worlds, and/or help implement innovative solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
* Deliver against and support the vision, strategy and roadmap for assigned products(s) or digital platforms.
* Work alongside the business, architects, business analysts, developers, product managers, visual designers, and/or user experience teams to document new high-level requirements, acceptance criteria, determine ROI, prioritize and design services and products our customers and colleagues love, or facilitate and lead ethnographic, active participant, and remote user research.
* Communicate the products' vision and outcomes or captured user research across the organization to ensure awareness and to leverage support required.
* Proactively engage with all areas of the organization to identify interdependencies or define user methodologies and processes as it applies to various products and apply problem solving skills to resolve conflicting priorities and complex challenges.
* Collaborate with all areas of the organization to deliver user research to appropriate stakeholders or products to the market, prioritizing new features, enhancements or bug fixes accordingly as a result of feedback received both internally and externally.
* Define and lead Account Deposit footprint in regions (America, Europe and Asia Pacific), using in-depth knowledge about what are the different payment systems available in these countries and how we can achieve a direct connection to those.
* Help build the strategy for the region working closely with product and sales teams with tangible business goals.
* Work with our Compliance and legal team in managing our vendor relationships and finding optimum partnerships.
* Work closely with identified partners and internal stakeholders to clearly articulate requirements to integrations and drive to successful execution.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
* Degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
* MBA or Master's degree a plus.
Experience
* 8-10 years' experience in the Payments, Fintech, Financial Services or Banking.
* Experience working with compliance and regulatory framework to find solutions to growth the digital footprint.
* Working with stakeholders to scope new product features.
* Documenting clear product requirements (user stories) and their value.
* Managing third-party integrations, including gathering and agreeing on requirements.
* Researching and gathering feedback from target markets, customers and users (e.g.
through competitive analysis, usability studies etc.), determining viability of the product and driving efforts to measure, learn, refine and/or pivot product development direction accordingly.
* Managing project financials from inception through to post completion financial reviews.
* Experience in understanding high level APIs frameworks (preferred).

* Proven track record in successfully managing initiatives and delivering high quality products to internal and external customers.
* Excellent communicator (i.e.
manage stakeholders at all levels verbally and through documentation professionally and diplomatically).
* Influencing stakeholders at a senior level.
* Attention to detail, focused and solution driven with the willingness and ability to implement innovative ideas and improve working methodologies.
* Ability to empathize with the end user.
* Demonstrated problem solver and ability to think creatively.
* Highly energetic, self-starter with initiative, drive and tenacity; the successful candidate may be working remotely from their line manager and her/his peers.
* Able to plan effectively and hit targets.
