We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Assistant to join our team in Southampton. The Special Needs Assistant will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to students with special needs, helping them reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans and behaviour management plans.
Support students in academic, social, and life skills development.
Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure the overall well-being of students.
Help students with personal care and mobility, as required.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour.Qualifications:

Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support students with special needs.
