Description
The Assessment Officer will be responsible for:
- Completing 121 with employees
- Creating to-do lists for employees
- Flagging potential barriers to line manager
- Organising employees weeks
- Giving solutions to potential issues and queries
Profile
The successful Assessment Officer will:
- Have experience in leading a meeting
- Have previously led weekly performance reviews
- Ideally have an awareness of Higher Education environments
- Be organised
- Be immediately available
Job Offer
The successful Assessment Officer will be offered:
- £11-12 an hour
- Hybrid working
- Birmingham location
- Immediate start date
- 37.5 hours a week
- 6-8 week contract
