A market leader in their field, this medical devices business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Quality System Engineer to join their growing business on a permanent, full time basis.
Working for an internationally renowned business, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a Quality Management System according to ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting audits and ensuring ISO 13485 requirements are met
* Ensuring supplier review as well as all evaluations and risk assessments are conducted effectively and in a timely manner
* Acting as quality lead for CAPA investigations and risk assessments
* Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to continuously identify and implement process improvements for the Quality Management System
* Creating SOPs required by the ISO 13485 standards as necessary
Requirements
* Educated to degree level in life sciences or a related field
* Strong experience in a Quality System role particularly within the medical devices industry
* Qualified lead quality auditor
* Excellent working knowledge of ISO 13485
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
