We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Student Recruitment & Events Officer for our Not-for-Profit client based in Lancaster. As a Student Recruitment & Events Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the university to prospective students and increasing the diversity of our applicant pool. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships with target schools and colleges and supporting the university's plan.

Description

Key responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong external and internal relationships with target schools and colleges to promote student recruitment and widening access.
Develop, deliver, and project manage a range of outreach activities and events in diverse settings, including school students, teachers, parents, and careers advisers. This may include workshops, subject-specific talks, taster sessions, and more.
Organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate outreach-led recruitment events, including campus visits, taster days, and support for university-wide events like Open Days and UCAS Fairs.Profile

The successful candidate:

Previous experience in an administrative role.

Experience in delivering student recruitment and WP work through working with internal staff/students.
