Duties you will be performing:

* Compliance with preventive maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring optimal system performance and longevity.

* Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs or recommend replacement of components as necessary.

* Manage the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sanitary fixtures.

* Conduct inspections to identify leaks, blockages, or potential issues, and implement appropriate solutions.

* Attending to reactive tasks on water systems including leaks, blockages

* Install and repair plumbing fixturesbathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets

* Unblocking drainage systems, including pipework, urinals, toilets

* Assist mechanical engineers

* Carry out basic building fabric tasks

* Provide information to supervisory and managerial levels to facilitate solutions to problems and provide alternative ideas to aid innovation and reduce end costs.

* Carry out planned and un-planned maintenance in accordance with a scheduled workload in order to maintain site KPIs and remain within the contract SLAs.

* Complete work in a safe, timely, professional and efficient manner.

* Promote a pro-active Safety Culture

* Ensure all works are completed and updated via Mobile Tablet

Required skills and Qualifications for this role:

Essential:

* First Aid at Work

* NVQ L3 in Plumbing Installation

* Basic building fabric skills / BTEC in construction

Desirable:

* Legionella L8 awareness

* PASMA & IPAF certification

There is a requirement to be apart of an 'on call' rota with this role
