We are currently recruiting a passionate and energetic Sales Manager who will directly report to CEO and work at Swavesey/Cambridge Location. CB24 4UQ.
SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
2) Planning the product development strategy with Product & Application Manager.
3) It is accountable for growing revenue, increasing market share, and contributing to company growth and profitability.
4) Communicating with customers for the sales issues in EMEA.
5) Pricing the standard models with Steering Committee members
Main tasks of the job
*
Plan and manage market research to gather data in order to recommend strategies to CEO/Managing Director.
*
Grow revenue.
*
Increase market share.
*
Contribute to company growth and profitability.
*
Identify new opportunities for growth within existing and new market sectors
*
Coordinate the agreed Strategy to meet the Objectives with clear targets
*
Analyse and assess the process of going to market and how we perform within it.
*
To monitor and analyse sales trends against plan and budget utilising marketing metrics.
*
Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by CEO to the best of your ability.
*
To communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues as required.
*
To ensure departmental staff comply with company policies and procedures.
*
To develop good industrial relations and to build team spirit.
Key skills/experience required:
*
Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate.
*
Preferably 5 years relevant experience in sales field and Machine Vision industry is an advantage.
*
Proven to ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
*
Excellence mentoring, coaching & good people management skills.
*
Excellent strategic sales planning and analytical skills.
*
Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals.
*
Ability to identify, recruit & hire talented key account sales professionals.
*
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
*
Be creative, dynamic & innovative.
*
Work independently (but report all important things in a timely manner) and under high pressure.
