THE PROPERTY
This beautiful & newly renovated property is perfect if you want a modern, private, furnished room of your own, but all the benefits of shared living, (lower price, no bills to pay, lots of added extras and friendships with other like-minded people). The house consists of a comfortable lounge with TV, sofas and breakfast table and kitchen with washer/dryer. Some rooms have their own en suite, but there is also a communal bathroom. THE HOUSEMATES
There are five rooms in total so you would be sharing with four other people. The other tenants are all very friendly and sociable. They are a mixture of ages and all work, mostly locally, in professional settings. There is a fair amount of socialising in the house, but on the whole it is fairly quiet, and everyone respects each other's privacy. There is also a mixture of male and female housemates. You can ask to speak to the existing tenants if you would like to quiz them about what it is like living there.

Room 2 - a spacious 15.6sqm, nicely decorated single room on the second floor.
"The Nest" room - This is a large, bright and well-appointed first-floor double en-suite room. It is fully furnished with a double bed, two wardrobe rails, TV, desk and chair. The en-suite shower room has a shower, toilet and sink. There is a lovely large bay window that lets in fantastic light. This room is for single occupancy only.
