Static Site Opportunity.

Electrician required to work onsite within Inverness for a leading UK Facilities Management client. The Electrician will be handling all the planned and reactive electrical maintenance on this prestigious site fulfilling a static role with no travelling required.

The Electrician will be from a strong electrical or facilities management background and have experience with PPM's and reactive electrical maintenance work, as well as carrying out minor plumbing and fabric works.

The Electrician will be offered:

Key responsibilities of the Electrician:

Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical systems.
Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance work on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
Complying to the highest standards of health and safety.
Offer multiskilled maintenance support, carrying out minor fabric and plumbing repairs across the site.
Requirements of the Electrician:

Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
17th or 18th Edition.
Strong background within facilities management/building services.
