Tripod wishes to speak to QSW's with Assessment experience

The role will be to support families arriving from the Ukraine and undertake safeguarding home visits and assessments

Undertaking initial safeguarding visits to families being hosted in Herts. Undertaking Child & Family Assessments for children from the Ukraine where needed. Offering advice and guidance. Linking with multi-agency colleagues

For these roles, the Social Workers would initially be completing safeguarding visits and taking into account travelling time, could reasonably expect to complete between 10-15 a week, and the social worker in consultation with me could complete several of these a day, with the following day working from home to complete write ups, or do 2-3 a day with write ups in between. How many are completed would depend on the location, but we could manage it so that several within the same district are completed on the same day, to minimise travelling.
