An established Building consultancy are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial Building Surveyor to join their Bristol office.

The Building Surveyor's role

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be joining a team which provides services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.

The successful Building Surveyor's main duties will include but are not limited to technical due diligence surveys, design and contract administration of building works and repairs, planned maintenance programmes, dilapidations, party walls, rights of light and project monitoring.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

MRICS accreditation ideally
BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
2+ years of consultancy experience ideally
Effective communication, both written and verbal
Full understanding of health and safety requirementsIn Return?

£45,000-£55,000
Up to 8% pension
25 days holiday plus bank holiday
