A large, global Building Surveying consultancy are looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary team based in Milton Keynes.

The Associate Building Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will take on a varied role, with responsibilities including project manage refurbishment projects from £50K - £2m, assisting with looking after a large property company and being able to maintain a day-to-day contact with the client, assisting in the development of graduates / apprentices and providing excellent client care.

This position provides a perfect opportunity for the successful Associate Building Surveyor to show their ambition, drive and passion for customer service.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have?

MRICS qualification
Experience in handling design/contract administration of insurance claims / large losses
3+ years PQE
Experience in negotiation, supervisory and leadership roles
Experience in working on large scale projects
Experience in industrial sector
Communication skills, both written and verbal
