A well-established Construction Consultancy is actively seeking an enthusiastic and driven Construction Project Manager to join their team at the Manchester office.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of complex projects across various sectors, such as mixed-use, science, education, healthcare, heritage, and hotels.

The daily responsibilities of the accomplished Construction Project Manager encompass project planning, budget control, procurement, on-site inspections, adherence to safety standards, coordination with stakeholders, problem resolution, and diligent project monitoring to ensure on-time and successful project delivery.

The Construction Project Manager

MRICS, CIOB, or APM, or working towards these certifications.
Minimum of 2 years' experience (PQE) within a Construction Consultancy
Strong background in the education or healthcare sector
Proven experience handling complex construction projects
