A forward thinking property and construction consultancy in Middlesbrough is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established, multidisciplinary practice working on an interesting variety of projects including Higher Education, Residential, Commercial Developments, Hotel, Leisure, Retail, and Restoration schemes.

As a multidisciplinary team, the new Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to branch out into Employer's Agent, Project Management, Procurement & Dispute Resolution, alongside Quantity Surveying.

The Quantity Surveyor will have?

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a private practice / consultancy
Pre and post contract experienceIn return?

£35,000 - £45,000
