An internationally established market leading consultancy is currently looking for a Principal Designer to come in and support across a wide vareity of sites in the Midlands area.

This role would be most suited to a Intermediate level Principal Designer who is looking to expand their knowledge and work across a wide variety of different sites.

The Principal Designer will have good knowledge of the pre-construction phase plan across a variety of sectors including Residential, Retail and Commercial.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn more across a wide variety of interesting projects and in a highly skilled team.

The Principal Designers Role

Prepare the pre-construction phase plan
Undertake Construction Site Safety inspections
Assist duty holders to develop pre-construction information
Apply H&S and CDM knowledge to ensure CDM compliance is metThe Principal Designer

NEBOSH General certificate or Construction H&S
2 years experience in a CDM role such as Principal Designer / CDM Advisor
Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and develop
Understanding of the pre-construction phaseIn return

£45,000-£55,000
24 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday
