Our Aylesbury based client offer comprehensive design services and production capabilities in relation to plastic moulded products. With an wide range of process types and moulding machinery, they have built an excellent reputation working closely with their customers enabling them to move quickly from design idea to quality products. Due to continuing growth, they are currently recruiting for a new role to support the production of injection moulds and tooling.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

Mould assembly
Reading and interpreting drawings & CAD data
Mould repair
Polishing
Milling, turning (manual)
3 and 4 Axis CNC milling
EDM (CNC & manual)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Engineering qualificationsHNDor apprenticeship.
Experience ofmaking plastic injection mould tools
Cad programingknowledge, Delcamand Power Mill would be an advantage
