Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Salary - £80,000 - £85,000 + package
Location: Hertforshire (projects across London / South East)
Company: Specialist Groundworks / Structures Contractor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with heavy groundworks and RC frame experience? If so, Build Space has a cracking role for you! Our client is a privately owned specialist contractor with a trunover of £20m+. On the back of some great contract wins, we have been asked to supply a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage packages ranging from £500k - £10m.

Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities:

- Cost planning
- Procurement - plant, materials, labour, subcontractors
- Valuations and variations
- CVRs
- Final accounts
- Client Agent management

Senior Quantity Surveyor experience required:

- Minimum 10 years career experience
- Experience of managing multiple projects / packages concurrently
- Degree educated or similar
- Excellent communication / reporting skills
