Call Out Rota: 1 in 9 Weeks (£100 Standby, 4 Hours Minimum at Overtime rate for any call out)
Optional Overtime (£10,000 - £15,000)
Overtime Paid: 1.5X Mon -v Sat, 2.0X Sun & BH's)
25 Days Holiday (plus Bak Holidays)
