A national Construction & Property Consultancy with an established team in Manchester are seeking a confident Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be carrying out pre & post contract duties on a variety of projects including Industrial, Residential, Commercial and Retail.

The company have a well-established internal APC programme and boast a brilliant track record helping their staff with chartership.

This could be the perfect opportunity for a driven, motivated Quantity Surveyor eager to get their MRICS and step into a more senior role - with no ceiling on progression opportunities!

The Quantity Surveyor

12+ months experience working within a UK consultancy
Degree qualified
Working towards MRICS / eager to complete APC
Good pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?

£35,000 - £45,000
APC training and support
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
