Our client has a long history of delivering Audio Visual Events and Productions to the Medical Industry. They offer a full range of technical services from equipment rental to full event management. We are now seeking a Junior or Trainee Event AV Technician to work from their base in Brighton, serving clients worldwide.
You will have a keen interest in AV technology and Audio Visual events. You will be frequently exposed to director-level and VIP customers, so a friendly calm approach, coupled with excellent customer service and the ability to work under pressure is vital.
Responsibilities
Support the AV Manager and team
Support in the delivery of events, to ensure the smooth running of events
Managing customer communications to ensure prompt responses to inquiries
Complete Administration tasks with MS Office and other software
Warehouse housekeeping
Maintaining Equipment
Liaise with key people within the team to ensure events are planned and delivered correctly
Requirements
A basic background in Audio Visual is preferred, but not essential
A confident personality with a positive can do attitude
Ability to multi-task and think on your feet using creativity and initiative to overcome challenges
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
Full clean driving license essential
