The roles
This is start-up. As such, all roles are by definition, new and evolutionary. From the outset, there is a requirement for creative input from all involved. There is no hard and fast job description for any role, but there will be key tasks to be undertaken from day one.
Successful candidates will be exceptional engineers from any of a number of disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, civils, petrochemical, geotechnical, C&I etc. There is a firm belief within the organisation that the more diverse the team, the more successful it will be.
In addition to being a highly capable engineer, you will have a drive and passion to achieve new heights in the design and implementation of cutting edge technology reimagined for the industry. You will hold a minimum of a Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline, be of Chartered status or be working towards it and be able to demonstrate the ability with a range of technical and managerial capabilities within your field of expertise. You will be highly skilled in the use of relevant software packages e.g. Plaxis, Solidworks, AutoCAD etc. and be an innovative engineer willing to develop skills and tackle any and all challenges as they arise
