Job Title: Chef/Kitchen Manager
Location: Oxford
Salary: £30000
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
* To deliver a first class, fresh nutritious food offer and service to pupils, staff and customers at the Preparatory School
* Manage and train kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
* Order and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
* Ensure that all food and health and safety legislation is adhered to
Skills/ Qualifications:
* Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3
* Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety/hygiene procedures
* Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a restaurant setting
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen equipment
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
