Salary: £9.00 up to £12.13 per hour including night shift and freezer premium, and average incentive pay. Overtime up to 1.5 x basic rate and a Christmas bonus available!

Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £1.53 per hour
Performance based incentives (average) - plus £0.80 per hour
Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour
Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 or 1.5

So once youve joined, what will you be doing?
You will be part of our team of warehouse operatives, our despatch warehouse operatives play a critical part of Ocado and are making a real difference to the lives of our customers every day.Youll be working within an extremely safe & clean, fast-paced, high-tech warehouse environment.
Inbound: Receiving goods from suppliers and decanting the products into totes. Its important you know that you will be required to go in and out of the freezer from time to time with this role (temperatures below -25 ) which is quite chilly! But dont worry, we will give you the protective uniform you need, designed for such an environment when you do need to do this.

All areas of the warehouse (except the freezer) have both ambient and chill (0 to 5) sections and you will be expected to work in both areas.
The role of a warehouse operative requires you to be on your feet and mobile at all times as well as carrying out repetitive tasks and potentially lifting up to 25kg weights and moving up to 70kg trolleys.
We will provide you with the correct PPE.
All roles within the warehouse will require you to handle meat and alcohol.
What shifts can you choose from?
Days Shift - 08:00 to 19:00 | Nights Shift - 19:00 to 06:00
You will be working any 4 days from 7, which will include working weekends.
(When the business requires it, your rostered shifts will be 12 hours)
