Position: Salesforce Technical Lead! Hybrid Working!

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce to meet specific business needs.
Ensure best practices are followed in coding, testing, and deployment.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the Salesforce platform.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.
Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.
Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and various integrations.
Act as the go-to Salesforce expert.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Proven experience in leading and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
Experience of working in Salesforce E&U Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
