Job Title: Regional Recruitment Business Partner

Location: Telford / Newcastle Under Lyme

Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday

Salary Range: £38k to £43k

Absolute commercial are currently on the look out for an experienced recruitment partner to work across the central region for one of our Health and Social Care clients.

We are looking for a recruitment specialist that is not afraid to think outside of the box when it comes to attraction and has a proven record when it comes to running recruitment campaigns. This role also involves over seeing a small team of Regional Recruiters.

The expectation for the Regional Recruitment Business Partner is to be travelling around the region visiting Branch Managers and Regional Managers. Building strong relationships, reviewing the demand plans and recruitment strategies. Time would also be spent working from the Recruitment office based in Newcastle Under Lyme and Telford.
