SPR are proud to be working with a public sector client to recruit for an Operational Manager based in the Birmingham Area.
Working Instructions
Hours: 36.5 hours per week, 8am-4pm, Monday Friday
Pay Rate: £21.13 per hour
Type: Temporary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nine kitchens across the city, serving around 350 lunches a day! Additionally, they will have 5+ year's experience working as a catering manager.

NVQ5 in Food Management or equivalent qualifications Main Responsibilities of an Operational Manager:
You will be responsible for all staff under your management
You will be responsible for inductions, training, supervision and compliance
Writing menus and ordering stock for upcoming weeks
You will constantly evaluate and improve catering operations
You will ensure that all food preparation and service areas comply with health and safety regulations, and that food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner Registration Process:We understand the importance of a smooth onboarding experience.
