Estimator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to join a well established main contractor based in Oxford. The contractor is prominent in the region, working on projects within the commercial, education and heritage sectors valuing up to £20mil. Projects are a mix of single and two stage tenders and the business has won a place on multiple frameworks. As a business with a strong reputation, they have a history of working repeatedly with esteemed clients and it is paramount for them to retain these relationships.

As the business grows, they're now looking to bring an additional Estimator into the pre-construction team, to work on a range of tenders both independently and within the team. As Estimator, you must be experienced in pricing from first principles and have experience with both competitive and negotiated tenders.

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £75k + package, and the opportunity to join a family owned business which prides itself on providing ample progression opportunity.
