Role: School Caretaker

Location: Cranborne, Wimborne

Hours: 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm (3-4 shifts per week including alternate weekends)

Salary: £12.15 - £13.14 per hour DOE (£25,272.00 - £27,331.20)

Busy Bee Recruitment are currently working with a leading national Care and Education company who specialise in providing residential living facilities alongside SEN schooling for young people with learning difficulties and complex health needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Carry out various repairs within the service to a high standard.

* Carry out regular inspections and ensuring the upkeep of all areas of the college and school.

* Record keeping of daily checks and tasks undertaken.

* Comply with our clients Health and Safety regulations.

* Play a part in building good relationships with the staff, students, and visitors.

* Ensure all emergencies are dealt with speedily and effectively.

* Assist with unloading deliveries.

What we are looking for:

* General maintenance knowledge and basic electrical fitting and plumbing skills

* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

* Good communication skills

* Right to Work in the UK

* A confident, kind, and creative personality
