Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (4 Days' Per Week On-Site)
Overview of Business & Opportunity:
This well-established company has been designing and manufacturing electronic products in-house for over 40 years. They are now looking for another Electronic Design Engineer to strengthen and add value to their existing team which consists of a variety of Firmware/Software, Electronic & Mechanical Engineers.
Their products use some of the latest technologies to ensure their highly desired status in the market.
Key Experience:
- Building & Testing Electronic Prototypes
- Component Selection and Sourcing
- Management of Bill of Materials (Replacing Obsolete Components)
- Experience of taking a Product from Concept to Production in a team environment
- Basic Understanding of Working with MicroControllers & Programming Low-Level Firmware (Using C)
Education:
- Degree in a relevant area such as Electronic or Electrical Engineering
