The Company

This Static Engineer role is with one of the UKs Facilities Management companys offering a wide range of services to a multi-national client base.

Purpose of Job

* To deliver multi skilled services for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive and minor life cycle works across the site.

* To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providing effective planned and reactive Electrical maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures.

* Provide support and assistance to Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.

* Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.

* Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

* Supervising subcontractors.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience working in Facilities Management.

* Educated in an Electrical discipline.

* Able to be mobile and respond to any urgent queries from the customer which may require site attendance.

* Needs to be able to maintain high standards of service levels with the team.
