Job Title: Experienced MIG/TIG Welder (Full-Time)

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

* Perform MIG and TIG welding operations to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

* Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and project requirements.

* Set up and calibrate welding equipment for optimal performance.

* Prepare materials for welding, including cleaning, cutting, and fitting metal components.

* Conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of welded surfaces.

* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

* Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

* Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an MIG/TIG Welder, with a strong portfolio showcasing your welding expertise.

* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols.

* Ability to perform both MIG and TIG welding operations with precision.

* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality welds.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

* Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in welding.

* Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.

Education and Certifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Welding certification in MIG and TIG welding.
