USA Customer Services Executive, overview:
This position is to support the USA market and work closely with the USA Field Sales Exec and so after the initial 3 months training where you will be in the office 5 days a week working 7.30am to 4.30pm, you will be set up at your own home and your hours will be Mon to Thurs 12noon to 9pm working from home and then Friday office based potentially 9am 5 pm (hours still to be negotiated)

Duties of the USA Customer Services Executive include:
Processing orders, answering queries and communicating effectively with customers on the status of their orders via email and over the phone.
Liaising with colleagues in the USA and UK, other departments and the clients to clarify details.
Clearly communicate with all parties to resolve issues or complete complex orders.
Liaising with the sales, warehouse and purchasing teams regarding product queries and urgent requests.
Working closely with account managers and the customers to ensure we are providing fantastic service with customer orders.
Dealing with the occasional complaint from customers, being proud to take responsibility for finding resolutions that reflect the first-class service you offer.
To apply for the USA Customer Services Executive, you must:
Be 100% service orientated displaying a can-do attitude and a willingness to resolve problems quickly and take responsibility for ensuring they are complete.
Be a competent administrator, skilled with MS Office Suite and be able to pick up the in-house system.
Have a keen eye for detail, being methodical and accurate when completing tasks.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, not being afraid to pick up the phone and speak with people.
Be able to prioritizes activities as there will be times when there are many tasks that require doing at once.
Show evidence of all the above in previous roles.

Salary: £25,000 p/a
Hours for the first 3 months whilst training: Mon-Fri; 7.30am-4.30pm Mon to Thurs finishing at 4pm on Friday 5 days in the office
