Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:30 - 40 hours per week

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join our passionate and driven team based at our clients site in Edinburgh who will be responsible for the coordination of Compliance Engineers' schedules & test certification, upkeep of certification tracker, client invoicing & applications, purchase orders, and contract progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Scheduling & planning of both subcontracted works & our own engineers. Report and offer support function to Fixed Wire Testing Manager and Electrical Compliance Manager.
Ensuring test certificates are submitted daily from field test engineers.
Ensuring certification is produced within agreed timescales to clients and FM business.
Invoicing and producing client application / invoices in line with billing timetable.
Raising purchase orders for materials and liaison with test engineers/supervisors.Processing engineers timesheets on a weekly / monthly basis.
Processing of Fixed Wire Testing & Portable Appliance Testing certificates on weekly basis and updating system tracker.
Scheduling & planning of subcontracted works carried out for both PAT & FWT. This will include all communication between supply chain. Updating progress reports and ensuring all documentation is collated in timely manner. Concept and client trackers kept up to date.
Scheduling and planning works for our engineers and ensuring diary up to date.
General administration, support role to Fixed Wire Testing Manager/supervisors and Electrical Compliance Manager

About You:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Experience in FM / Building Services Industry
Strong IT skills, Microsoft Office suite, Excel
Understanding of CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution.
Understanding of contract delivery and commercial implications
Disclosure clearance required for role
Diligent, numerate with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to prioritise and organise own work whilst working on a variety of tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
