My wife and I are looking for somebody to take over our tenancy on a 2 bedroom house. It is university managed accommodation, the rent is 1150 a month and its a 12 month tenancy running from june to June with a guaranteed renewal. We are looking for somebody to take it over from us as soon as possible ideally by the end of February but march could work at a push.
