The School and Role

This large, outstanding Special Needs setting is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our school that caters for the needs of young people with a range of Special Educational Needs such as ASC, ADHD and Downs Syndrome. Working in this Special Needs school you will be supported by a team of dedicated SEN Teachers delivering a modified curriculum to students in a creative and engaging way. The Teaching Assistant role is long term and potentially permanent.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

An enthusiasm for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Be committed to personal learning and development.
Bepatient, empathetic individual who can work on your own initiative.
Experience of supporting children looking to work in a school setting.
