We have an experienced and successful management team with a track record of producing high performing sales recruitment consultants.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Apprentice/Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for

Prospecting new and existing clients
Using the internet, e-mails and job boards to source leads and candidates.
Identifying and sourcing candidate.
Building business relationships with prospective customers.
Managing your day Preferred Skills:

Clear and confident on the phone
Confident personality
Friendly and sociable
Motivated to be successful
Good with people.
Educated.You will given full and extensive 1-2-1 training to enable you to become the very best that you can be.

There is a real family atmosphere within the company and the working hours help foster a work life balance. Office hours are 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 1.00pm on Friday
