Furnished 1 bed flat available, short term, on the top floor of a period building with great views, in the heart of Stokes Croft.

Laminate flooring throughout apart from kitchen (tiled) and bathroom (lino).

Large bedroom has a double bed with good, firm mattress, double wardrobe and bedside unit.

Living room has 3 seater sofa bed, small wooden table, couple of chairs / shelving etc. Basic stereo can be left if req.

No outside space with the flat though.

As well as a fairly battered "retro" oven there are a couple of cosmetic issues: some water staining to a couple of areas of the bathroom lino; a few spots of flakey paint, caused by condensation, mainly in bathroom & kitchen; clouded glazing in the top section of the living room window; and some slight water damage to the living room ceiling, where the flat roof leaked once due to a blocked drain above (now 100% fixed). Am taking this stuff into account with the price - and being clear and up front about it.

Listing this here rather than trying to go through an agent - ideally looking for creative / artistic types like myself who need a temporary spot ie between places or while visiting.
