The base salary for this role is £24,000 - £29,000 per year, with capability to earn up to £47,000 with commission.

We're currently a team of 60, with a vision of growing to 75 by the end of 2024. Thats where you come in.

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be:

* Focusing on business development and managing existing relationships

* Negotiating contracts with clients

* Providing ongoing customer service with existing clients and candidates

* Working in a highly sales-driven, yet friendly atmosphere

* Using recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies

* Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients

* Building relationships with candidates and clients

* Researching your market

* Negotiating

Do you offer:

* At least 1 years worth of Recruitment experience

* Client relationship building and management experience

* Examples of attracting and placing candidates

* Experience working to targets, deadlines and/or service agreements
