Hunter Masons client are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The initial contract is set for 12 Months with the option to extend for the right candidate.
The role will be number 1 Mechanical and Electrical site manager on our residential apartment project (278 apartments) in the centre of Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Engineers in delivering high-quality facilities maintenance services.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Utilise your mechanical or electrical background to troubleshoot technical problems and provide technical guidance to the team.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and maintain strong relationships.
Requirements:
Background in either mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential.
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within facilities maintenance.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
