* Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placements.

* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

* Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our recruitment services.

* Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage client relationships, and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in business development within the recruitment industry.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Due to the rural location of our offices, you must drive and have access to a vehicle
