We are seeking a passionate and qualified Religious Education Teacher to join our dedicated team in Lichfield. As a key member of our academic staff, you will inspire and educate students on religious and moral values, fostering a deep understanding and appreciation for diverse religious traditions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons in Religious Education.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and respectful discussion.
Foster spiritual and moral development in students, promoting values such as empathy, tolerance, and understanding.
Assess and provide constructive feedback on student performance to support their academic growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school's ethos.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Specialization in Religious Education or related discipline.
Experience:

Proven experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level.
Strong understanding of various religious traditions and the ability to communicate these concepts effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
