They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage projects in Birmingham and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in a similar position within the industrial and commercial sectors.
Position Overview:
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of industrial and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a strong technical background in electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
* Project Supervision: Oversee industrial and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
* Team Management: Effectively manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
* Client Liaison: Foster positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project objectives are met.
* Project Team Collaboration: Liaise with the broader project team, including contractors and stakeholders, to coordinate activities and ensure seamless project delivery.
* Compliance and Qualifications: Possess and maintain an Enhanced DBS. Hold SSSTS, NVQ Level 3, and a JIB Gold Card.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 5-10 years of experience in a similar position within the industrial and commercial sectors.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* SSSTS qualification.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
* JIB Gold Card.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
