Role - MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT c£50k + Bonus + Benefits (Flexible Hybrid role based at home and on site)

Flexible Hybrid role

Our client is a global leader in their field and now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant. This role reports to the Group Finance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

* vDay to day

* Maintain fixed asset register

* Supplier payments and ad hoc payments via bank

* Maintenance and reconciliation of bank records with M3

* Preparation of regular accruals and prepayments and reconciliation of schedules

* Liaison with Customer Operations & Service teams for weekly/monthly reconciliations

* Customer incentive program management (accrual, credit notes)

* Ensuring all work is audit traceable and assisting with completion of external audit

* Correct M3 ERP anomalies

* Prepare the payroll

* vMonth end closing

* Record regular accruals & make sure we get appropriate supporting documents

* Re-apportionment of labour costs

* FX impact booking

Additional

* Prepare and submit VAT data (for both UK and Ireland)

* Prepare the yearly tax pack

* Prepare the yearly audit

* Intercompany reconciliation

* Gross margin reconciliation

* Balance sheet reconciliation

* Tax package

* vOther

* Keep local tax documentation up to date (transfer prices)

Skills and Experience (Essential):

* Minimum 5 years experience of working within in a finance function

* Fully Qualified - CIMA; ACA; ACCA or equivalent

* Advanced Excel

* Good knowledge of legal finance requirements

Skills and Experience (Advantageous)

* M3 ERP knowledge

* French speaker

* Existing payroll experience
