Hello

I’m looking for a two bed property in the location of Bournemouth, Westbourne/ Alum Chine.

I’m looking for a long term rental, for my self and daughter. Around £1000 pcm. I’m in receipt of Universal Credit and can offer incentives, such as rent and deposit up front and £1800 one off payment to landlord direct.

I have lived in my current property for 15 years, but sadly the rent has tripled and I need to stick to around £1000 pcm.

I do have two cats but they are very well behaved.
