We are working with a trusted and loyal client in the Garforth area who are seeking an experienced Technical Architect for a permenant role within their award-winning construction business.
Key Responsibilites:
* To assist in the design and development of projects from feasibility stage through to completeion.
* To work closely with all in house disciplines, site teams and external consultants.
* To prepare presentation drawings and visuals for planning submission
* To prepare technical and detailed drawings.
Key Resposibilities
* Knowledge of producing working technical drawings and specifications
* Hardworking with an eye for detail
* Knowledge of technical legislation including current Building Regulations
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Proficient in Sketchup and or/Revit
* Strong problem solver and communicator
* Work efficiently as part of a team
