Role - Assembler

Client - Rail manufacturing sector

Location - Barton Under Needwood.

Salary - £24,690

Working hours - 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday

Holidays - 25 days + Bank Holidays

This a great opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join the team within a busy manufacturing company, part of a large international group within the rail sector. Great progression opportunities are available after training.

Main Duties -

Follow work based instructions to confirm quality standards are met
Use of various hand tools, crimpers and torque drivers
Inspect incoming repairs and prepare reports
Carry out adjustments as necessary to achieve fully functional relays for inspection
Checking products against drawings
Participate in team meetings, including the raising and implementation of agreed improvement ideas
