Brook Street are recruiting for an Admissions Officer on behalf of our client within the education sector based in High Wycombe. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in the success of our schools by overseeing all aspects of support to the schools and Central Support team, ensuring the smooth operation of the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of each school's pupil recruitment strategy to maximise new pupil conversions and increase existing pupil retention at all entry levels.
Ensure all schools provide an exceptional customer journey.
Act as a key brand ambassador for the schools, understanding the local market, the school's value proposition, and the needs of parents and pupils.
Deliver regular training to schools to ensure a professional delivery of service.Qualifications and Skills:
Experience as a successful Admissions Officer within the independent education industry is desirable but not essential.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, plus one year of experience in an educational setting. Candidates without a bachelor's degree but with equivalent professional experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database skills.
