I honestly believe you won’t find a nicer flat in a better place in the city than this one. I was very sad to leave only doing so because I'd bought a place of my own.
I found the flat to be warm and cosy with beautiful light in the front in the morning and gorgeously light in the bedroom in the afternoon. The neighbours in the building are all friendly and quiet and the neighbourhood as a whole is generally quiet and is well kept.
And of course, the location by the river is stunning. I loved sitting in the lounge listening to the river and watching the trees changing through the years. And of course going for walks along the river to Seaton Park, Old Aberdeen and Donmouth. I loved eating lunch on the riverbank just by the flat and in the snowy winter it was breath taking.
It’s always easy to park and is so close to the beach and the city, it’s been a fabulous place to live, I will miss it!
